I want to know the psychology why there are people like my partner who loves seeing women all soaking wet with their nice clothes and shoes on. Is this some form of fetish or just sick in the mind? I am getting uncomforatble so please let me know if this is normal and what shall I do about it?

Obviously, this person saw this once and found it exciting. If you don't like it, tell him and stop doing it. You don't to anything that you don't like, that demeans you or hurts you in any way.
