Why not just go with the bathing suit cover shirt (for not so skinny people) with the body of the "hot girl" in a bikini on the front and back.
Or you could try the classic, "I'm with stupid" (with the arrow pointing upwards)

no, its a bit slutty and corny. they have those kind of shirts on the board walk,...i absolutly dislike them, but thats just my humble opinon.
