What accessory can I knit with baby blue eyelash yarn? I was looking for something to knit in a week or even a weekend (I've only been knitting for a couple of months, so it takes me a long time to knit bigger things, like a looong scarf). Thankx!!!

If you're ticklish, eyelash yarn may not be your best choice for this project, but I've been having a lot of fun knitting handwarmers or fingerless mittens or wristwarmers. I've seen several free patterns online; they're called all these three different things. I got my patterns online and mooshed two patterns together (took some from this one and some from that) to get my own pattern. They go quickly because they're small and simple. Use Google to find free knitting patterns for these, and I think you'll have fun.

You can knit a scarf, shawl, hat, among other things. I've knit scarves with eyelash yarn. A scarf is quick because it's done on large needles in stockinette stitch. You can make fancy flip flops.

You can knit anything you can imagine with your yarn.
You could knit a smaller version of a future project you plan to tackle. If that is too boring, get a larger knitting needle and knit two strands together for faster knitting.
You could knit a headband or a belt fairly quickly.

sometimes, you can mix regular yarn and eyelash yarn, so it's like regular yarn with a fringe. i would do this if i were a beginner, because it might be harder to knit with the thinner eyelash yarn only. you could choose regular pink yarn and your baby blue eyelash yarn for a cute effect. go ahead and try the scarf, it will keep you occupied!

Hair band? Pocket tissue holder? Little bag for your cell phone?
If you make a small bag, be sure and line it with regular fabric so the yarn doesn't stretch from the weight of the cell phone (or stuff you put in the bag.

a poncho is easy and can be done up in no time and then add the eyelash as an edge. :o)
