My Dad has Aspestosis of the Lungs, just discovered this year he is 66 & also has MS. When he was 16 he worked for an arborite Manufacturer in Montreal. The building is still here & my autn of age 64 died last year of lung cancer & she also worked there. I need help to find compensation for my FATHER.

2. You could google "Asbestosis - Lawsuit - Canada" and you would probably find some information.

See a lawyer and file a lawsuit you may not get much compensation though, maybe costs to medical, or small financial, cause you would have to prove that they knew of the threat of the workplace at the time he worked there, if you can't it will mostly be a small amount otherwise for work related injury.
