Doesn't always 'pop'. I was pregnant for 53 weeks and never popped.

Depends on how much weight you gain and how fast your baby grows. My belly button hasn't popped yet and I'm 8 months pregnant. With my first child, it didn't pop until the last 3 weeks.
My friend once told me that pregnant women are like turkeys. When the button pops, you know they're done.

This doesn't happen to every woman. I'm 27 weeks and mine hasn't popped out yet. I asked both of my sis-in-laws this question and they said that theirs never popped out either. All I feel is a sensitive belly button because the skin that wasn't exposed before is now.

I am in week 25 and am so close to popping too!I am not totally sure why it pops out but it is prebably due to the fact that your uterus is the size of a soccer ball now-so it is pressing on the back of your belly button making it pop!

Well actually it completely depends upon your belly! I never once, in my 3 pregnancies, had a belly button pop. My is completely inward so it just becomes a hole. That was it! We are all unique and different so don't expect to get all the things people associate with pregnancy.

My belly button never "popped" I have had one previous child, didnt do it with her, and i am now 27 weeks, and it doesnt look like it will happen this time iether, and it is a good thing. I have heard many women complain about how there shirt rubs it raw, and can cause cracks and bleeding. Just be happy if it doesnt pop.

Not everyone's belly button pops out. Mine never did with either of my children.

Each woman is different. Mine is already starting to pop and I'm only 16 weeks. Some women never pop during their pregnancies while others do at various times.

a lot of women dont get it, but usually around the 7th month or so itll pop out. i didnt have it pop with my son but this pregnancy it began to come out around 6 months and its soooo annoying. (i dont like when people touch my belly button) and now everyone is all about touching it, and when the baby kicks it tugs on my belly button kinda and it HURTS. hopefully you wont get it to pop. best of luck!

My belly button just flattened with my first baby and started popping with my second baby around the 7th month.
