I have short, "funny" vidoes and am not sure where to post. I like the idea of other people being able to edit them so sites like jumpcut.com and motionbox.com are interesting. But part of me think it is just best to go to a site with lots of traffic.

No question. YouTube. There your vids will get the most exposure. If you build a fanbase on YouTube, you can tell people if they want to edit anything, or see the vids somewhere they can go to Jumpcut.com. Then you get exposure, and fans will be able to edit if they so choose.
