i am bleeding quite heavily this time and i stained my bed while sleeping and i tried to wash it with water and detergent...it is a disaster now...it looks really ugly and unhygeinic...its a new bed and its a foam one...can anyone tell me a better way to clean it ...

If by foam bed, you mean the top mattress padding, and you can remove it, take it outside to clean. If it is the actual bed. Try some water based stuff called Krudd Kutter, Lowes and K-Mart sell it. Follow directions. basically spray let sit a few minuets, use a wet vac to remove moisture, spray again, vac again until the stains are gone.

Try some pet stain remover like Simple Solution. If you're bleeding heavily, maybe you should go on birth control to help regulate it. You have to go to your gyno for a birth control subscription anyway so ask him/her about the bleeding.

I got blood on my mattress once and I used one of those Mr Clean Magic Erasers...It worked wonders

try hydrogen peroxide---it works on all blood stains.

sodium hydrochloride (engine cleaner i.e. strong cleaner/degreaser) followed by bleach and a steam cleaner...the bleach will whiten it...
