I don't care much for this one particular man. But he's always making faces, acting strange, projectedly talking, impulsive laughing, even avoiding my eyes when I am around him. It's annoying and he better stop because I don't like jerks or stuckups and all. Give me your opinions people. What's his problem?

It sounds like he has low self-esteem and is just trying to hide that by acting out. He's self-conscious around you and doesn't really know quite what to do with himself so he does all these weird things.
And he tries to attract your attention by doing stupid stuff because he wants you to notice him, but then he's too shy to meet you in the eyes.

Funny you should say that. Sounds to me he trying to get your attention, and 'hides' behind this 'facade' as a way of dealing with the 'crush' he has for you? Also he can't look into your eyes because he is really shy. Unfortunately as he trying to get your attention he is acting an idiot in the process lol. He might not be mature minded yet to deal with it. Just step back and see the humour of it all and have a little laugh to yourself at how the poor guy is dealing with his 'clown' act. lol
