Multiply both sides by x and by 5 (or just cross multiply):

Multiply by x:
x * sin(140) / 5 = sin(15)

Multiply by 5:
x * sin(140) = 5 * sin(15)

Divide by sin(140):
x = 5 * sin(15) / sin(140)
x ≈ 2.01325478

Multiply both sides by x and then divide both sides by (sin 140) / 5. This should give you x by itself.

Alternatively, divide both sides by sin 15 and then find the reciprocal of each side.

inverting
=> 5/sin(140)=x/sin15
x=5sin(15)/sin(140)
