I like "Set In Stone", but it might be too common and not descriptive. What is "set in stone"? The high price? Could have bad connotations of being unbending and not customer friendly.
You don't give details of the type of stone company. Is it Countertops, building surfaces, memorials, statuary?
Consider an appropriate "A" word to get the phone listing at the top of the page : Always or Absolute
I agree with the previous post. You want the name to be descriptive and give confidence - not a cutsie name.
Does your dad offer full services? Computerized wet saws? Polishing of surfaces? If so and he's not a middleman, consider something like "Technologies" for the end of the name.
"Absolute Granite and Marble Technologies"
Or use one of the color names of the granite or marble (but be careful of trademark. (Dakota Mahogany? A trademark?)
Santa Cecelia, Medura Gold, Alabaster, Kashmir, Juperana, . . .
Look at the complete list of names here: http://www.findstone.com/country-stone.htm
One example of a cool one that is already taken is Blue Pearl Stone Technologies of LaGrange, IL
Hope this helps.

RE:
What would be a catchy name for a tile, marble and granite company?
I'm looking for a name my father could use for the small company he's trying to start. I'm looking for something people would remember. Thank you

It's nice to be cutsie but you want to be taken seriously so maybe it's best to come up with something that goes well with your name like or your towns name. San Diego Stone cutters something with the same sounds to start each word. Karls Clocks.

Lol..."Flintstones Bedrock Company", shades of Fred Flintstone who lived in Bedrock. Just about everyone that grew up in the U.S. knows the Flintstones.
Or how about something that conjures up icecream? "Cold Stone Company".
