Oatmeals great, I ate alot of yogurt, total, rasin bran (iron in the rasins)and special K. Make sure you find something that has a nutritional value that is not jammed w/ calories the last thing any pregnant women wants is to become HUGE after. Like Special K has 100 calories per serving (w/skim) rasin bran has 260 calories w. skim. So keep a eye out

Man this shuld be in philosophy. I'm into the suggestion that the cereal is going earlier than the milk, for this reason the entire cereal is soaked with milk. The opposite direction round is solely undeniable unhappy. There are dry portions of cereal all for the period of the bowl which makes for an disagreeable breakfast. lol

Oatmeal is excellent. Look for cereals made of whole grains, that are lower in refined sugars. In most stores, the natural foods section is a better place to look than the cereal aisle.

honey bunches of oats are awesome. good for you and just the right amount of sweetness. kashi cereals are good also. also quaker has breakfast bars that are 25% lower in sugar than before and thy are very tasty. and oatmeal is good for you. only plain oatmeals with real fruit is what i would suggest if you want to stay healthy and it will make you feel more energized anyways with real fruit and all of its natural sugars you know.

Oatmeal to go is great because you can eat it...on the go. haha. ok so i still eat these and theyre great for you. Same nutrition as a bowl of oatmeal. Who has time to make/eat that. Keep some eggos in the freezer and cinnamon toast crunch and yogurt is always great.
