ok i have white lines across the surface of my nails,what is it, do my nnails not have enough calcium?

How can i get ride of the white lines on the surface of my nails,can i???? Please help...

Some say it is a lack of zinc in the diet. It can also be caused by injury to the nail. If there R a lot of short, white lines all ovr the nail, try zinc pills.

some people say they are lie marks but its not calcuim if so they would be brittle
