A) Scream and Jump around, B) Calmly Pick the Bug off or C) Scream and frantactly run around?
I was taking a shower and I saw this medium 20 legged long orange and black bug on my ankle and I was like HOLY SH!T!. I just washed it off with soap; damn my fear of bugs T.T

Good thing you made were quick in disposing of it. it sounds like a centipede, which are poisonous. the best thing to do is to find some way to remove it without provoking it. Screaming frantically causes you to lose sight of the insect, so it's not recommended. best thing, don't panic, and get someone to help you. If there's is noone around, slowly move your hand close and flick with your finger. And remeber, in some countries, insects are a delicacy.

Sounds like what you had was a waterbug. I have not seen one of those type in years. Black with reddish orange on them? Sounds like waterbugs I have not seen since I was a kid in the 60's. It's just a cockroach that flies. LOL! Bet you feel better now, dontcha? LOL!

not that i'm attentive to. understand that non-Kosher ingredients might comprise hint quantities of bugs, as allowed with the help of the FDA (yet not with the help of a Rabbinical authority). i become as quickly as in a McDonald's playground with an ice cream cone and observed a style of stay-for-a-day gnats on it!
