Exercising 5x a week and need an energy boost and something to help with curb the cravings throughout the day. Would like to lose 15 lbs. I have seen some progress with the exercise.

good exercise and good diet is the way to go, all nutritional suppliments are just vitamins, isn't this farenheit the one that has the add of a hot girl? well she maybe never used this product, good luck
