He's said so.
Let me rephrase that- among his quotes is one that says "I'm gay. So what. Don't judge my butt."
However, I can't find context for that quote- he might have been joking around. And, more devastating to the idea that he's gay is the fact that he's married to Skye Hoppus. So, I think probably not gay.
And yeah, I love Blink 182, still!

God who cares? Their music was total rubbish.
They brought absolutely nothing new, original or memorable to rock music.
