On some issues like tax cuts and social issues he is, but on immigration he is not. In fact he doesn't agree with Republicans on immigration, but with Ted Kennedy and the liberals. He has also allowed more spending than a true conservative would have.

What does it matter? It's a label the YOU want to use. And what is a "true conservative"? Answer: whatever YOU think it is, which you don't tell us. And if we answer Yes (or No), we don't tell you what WE think a "true conservative" is, and that allows us to play this mindless game of, "I'll name a label, and you tell me I'm right" - all of which happens without the slightest exchange of thought or intelligence. Neat game. Do you play it often?

Nope. He's from a long line of plundering crooks who literally hijacked not only this nation but also the Republican party. Biggest task Congress has now is ferreting out the bribed and corrupted sell-out Republicans whom went along for the ride for their pieces of gold.

No, he's a neocon, which means he's a hawkish aggresive foreign policy Democrat . That's why there's spending everywhere.

I believe he may be a conservative that has been given advice from people that were not.

definately not there is nothing conserative about the republican party in the first place if you look closely most of them are radicals. they either want to start a war or call other people names and posture like a banty rooster.
