Since I'm super-cynical, I always tend to question people's motives. But, I try as hard as I can to give people the benefit of the doubt.

I used to be a give benefit of the doubt person but experience has taught me to question peoples' motives now.

I don't question people motives anymore because there are just too many people to worry about. We are all pretty strange. I guess I am give them the benefit of doubt sort of man.

I question their motives but counter that by consciously offering the benefit of the doubt until it's proven one way or the other.

Most of the time, I am an "expect the best" type of person who assumes that someone's intentions are generally good... but it's not always easy. On the internet, when you don't even have the benefit of facial expression or any real personal knowledge, it's VERY difficult to assume that when somebody follows you around giving all of your answers thumbs down that they have good intentions, doncha think?

I generally trust people's motives as being sincere until they give me reason otherwise. There are some people I know that I don't trust any further than I can throw them.

No I deeply question peoples motives. It doesn't take,but once to get burnt after that it's human to put up a wall.
