What's wrong with kissing? Don't your parents kiss at all too? Aren't they the ones who taught you how to kiss?
Tell your parents that it was only a friendly kiss and a gesture of appreciation for (him) helping you in class. And the guy who yelled was only jealous, being a frustrated admirer.

You didn't give your age, or what grade you are in, so it makes it difficult to give good advice. If you are on good terms with your parents then there isn't going to be an issue. The action is to an attempt to embarrass you and change your behavior.
One action that could have been taken is the rebel reaction. As long as you are in trouble, then kiss him again. He would know that you really like him and you really would not be in any more trouble than what you were.
Two - Assume that he is bluffing and sit quietly until you here from your parents...
Three - Remove all power the teach has over you and tell your parents.. They will not be shocked to hear about it and you defuse the situation. By opening up to your parents, they feel that you are communicating with them and it shows a sign of maturity. They will also have to have a heart to heart and say a few things they have been meaning to say but did not know if it was the right time. Just grin and bear it, finish it with I love you, and go about your business.

Don't worry. Just work something out with the teacher or just tell your parents yourself. You never know the teacher may not even think about telling your parents.

Confess to your parents before he has a chance of spilling the beans?
I'm pretty sure teachers hear all kinds of stuff at school but go "telling" the parents of those kids.
Relax.

Tell your parents that you kissed someone and then tell them that the person that saw you will probably tell them. That way if they yell at you at least you can say that you are honest.

Get to your parents before he/the teacher does, and explain. They usually are more understanding that way, and you are honest. Once he calls, your parents will already know and they most likely will hang up.

You will be fine. Don't worry. If you are asked if you kissed someone, just say "yes, of course I did. I wanted to see if I liked it." That is honest and it will make adults stop to think. If they ask you if you liked it, say, "Not especially". And will you do it again? "No, I won't." Leave it at that and I think you will make it through just fine. And never kiss anybody in that way again!

Nothing - probably bluffing, the teacher doesn't care who you kissed, and not a big deal even if you're parents do find out.
