In theory there should be no difference in IQ from age to age, because what theoretically happens is you're comparing your mental age to your physical age--basically you're seeing if you know more or less than other people your age. If you were absolutely average for people your age, your IQ would be 100. However anything in the range from 85 to 115 would be very normal. Realize also that the short IQ tests often found online are notoriously unreliable and that IQ in general really doesn't tell how smart you are; it tells how well you did at taking a single test.

You are born with your IQ. Age is inconsiquentional. The type of test you use to determine the IQ changes with age.

According to wikipedia, an average 13-year-old would have an IQ of 130 (100*13/10). There is also a great deal of information listed on this site. Check it out.

The plain cold hard truth is that no matter how smart one person is...they'll always mess up somewheres along life so if you asked me...I'd say that IQs are useless. What is the use of knowing some meaningless answers but yet nothing about life?

My guess would be between a 100-110. 13 year olds can be very smart individuals at that age.
