They have yet to kill him yet as he is being tried for more crimes I believe this next thing he is being charged for is for raping hundreds of women. His death sentence is death by hanging. The exact date is not determined yet.

Not yet. His 1st trial has ended and he was found guilty and sentenced to death by hanging. He is currently on trial for another massacre that he ordered. His first conviction will be appealed with the next month. If his conviction is up held he will be executed within 30 days so about the middle of December he will meet his maker and find out what hell is all about.

not yet. he was found guilty by an iraqi court, under iraqi laws, of murder, and crimes against people. his verdict is considered(sort of an appeals process) by a council. if they uphold his sentance, he will be hung within 30 days of the council's decision. the council has no time limit to work under.
he is also on trial for killing 180,000 kurds in the 1980's at the same time.
