Call the court house and talk to someone who handles
traffic tickets.

Call city, county, & state police.
Here in Colorado if you don't show up for court they put a warrent out for you.
Some cities now turn unpaid parking tickets over to a collection office.
Sorry I don't know the laws where you are at but hope this gives you some help.
