I like tuna, but I LOVE albacore (it's the whiter version of tuna.) Extremely delicious when prepared with mayo, celery, and diced hard-boiled eggs. I'm actually gonna have that for dinner tonight.
By the way, you might want to consider talking to a psychologist about your friend's condition. I've never heard that before and it might be serious. Good luck!

I love tuna....and she probably has worms if she eats dirt......how old is she.....like 2. And eating dirt is not a condition.

It may be best for her seek medical help.
Your friend may have an iron deficiency, or she may have some other deficiency. My brother did the same thing when I was younger.
As for tuna, I like it.
