I got together with one of my best friends girlfriends. I felt really bad about it for a long time. We have now been seeing each other for 9 months and I couldn't be happier, and I am still best friends with the person she was seeing. Might not work out aswell for someone else.

yes a long time ago and it ended a great friendship ... unless you are willing to lose that friend don't do it and if you already have ... than vow never to speak or do it again ... friends are more important than a guy!!
