In some years the last/final day is the March 20th and even occasionally March 21st on the west coast of the USA, so one would need to know your year and place of birth to give an honest answer.

On the other hand being born on the final day of the year is NO guarantee of a "last life on Earth." That depends on the position and aspects of Saturn, the planet of Karma in this life.

You (or anyone born on the last day of the year) could just as well start all over and next time be born on the first day of the year if you botched your Karma.

However, you might have a chance to escape the wheel of physical incarnations if you follow the unselfish immaterial serving characteristics of Pisces and be born on the next, higher, level of consciousness.
