My best friend's cousin has started to cut herself after a converstion on the phine with her mom. Her mom aske d her to come for thanksgiving. the cousin said why bother you never call you never write you didn't even send me a birthday present. (her mother ran away when the cousin was 5)
the mom replied you know what_________, i hate and i'll never talk to you again. forget i was even your mother in the first place.
So the girl walk into the bathroom with a knife from the kitchen and starts cutting herself. she's done this in the past but not this bad. my friedn told me about it today. what should i do. ______ is always there when we're about to tell an adult. my freind needs help bu i don't know what to do or tell her.

it is a cry for help. She is obviously hurting very much that her mother is such a dreadful person. She needs help that is a little outside fo the realm of yahoo answers. Talk to a school counselor or your own parents, but do something. Don't sit by and make excuses for why you can't tell someone. Besides, what she is doing is a plea for help and attention, she'll act mad at you but will be so glad when she gets help that you'll feel really good for helping. ACT NOW!
