is there anwhere i can get free advice on pricing cleaning jobs?

im trying to quote prices for office cleans pub/clubs and building cleans, and if theres anyone out there from in and around the swansea area that could offer me any sub -contract work please let me know with great gratitude to all that reply

I would simply call around to different businesses and ask what they would charge? Or ask the businesses being cleaned what they are charged.
