I only know Isla Uvita. There's must be a lot more of small islands around that area since there's plate divergence, but as for their names, I have to idea.
edit// the Caribbean sea is part of the Atlantic ocean. The east coast of Costa Rica where the province of Limon is located is the Atlantic coast. In spanish is called "la costa Atlantica." Isla del Coco and Tortuguero aren't in the Atlantic Coast.

For one, Costa Rica doesn't have an Atlantic coast. It has 2 coasts a Pacific and a Caribbean.
The closest islands on the non Pacific side belong I guess to Nicaraugua to the north and they are the Corn Islands and, to the south are the Islas Bastimentos which belong to Panama

There are no Islands on the Caribbean(Atlantic ) side of Costa Rica. There are several on the Pacific but none on the East coast
