You shouldn't be able to but you can with no problem. They don't card you at retail stores but you will be carded at a rental store.

According to the MPAA you should not be able to purchase the DVD of an R film if you are under 17, unless you are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Me and my friends watch rated R videos with outs adults for all time, and that i'm purely 15. So i wager as long as you do not look extremely youthful, then they'll grant you with the fee ticket. i don't believe of they examine identity or inspite of. ~ desire I helped.:3

I bought all my movies at Wal-Mart and they didn't care. I got some bloody movies and they didn't care. But I tried to buy a UNRATED movie and they wouldn't sell it to me. Try Circuit City, and Target, and Wal-Mart. Circuit City is the best so try there first.

You shouldn't be able to- but it does happen.
R= restricted- noone without a parent or guardian. That means the parent needs to buy or rent it.
