Had one 4 days ago for no reason causes didnt have any of them eat healthy,no problems just appeared.Didnt itch just painful lump outside.Got cream has shrunk to nearly 1/4 of size but have had small blood clots from lump tonight and has gone down in size again.Is this normal am thinking about going to doctor tomorrow but dont want to bother him if this is normal

Hi. I know how bad this is so my thoughts go out to you. I've had this condition many times and I've seen many doctors. Almost all recommened to me, to sit in a shallow, hot tub of water and soak for a long time. Use water as hot as you can stand. Use the creams or supps and you can ask the pharmacist for other options.

Hi yes all this is normal and yes they can bleed.Just apply the cream when needed and these sometimes do disappear.But if you do have aot off problems with piles there is surgery,but you will have piles very bad for the consultant to recommend you for this.Good Luck

when you have piles it is normal for them to bleed sometimes a lot, but i would still see the doc just to make sure your treating them correctly.
