Mind your own business. Someday in the past or future you may or may have had a friend or relative working illegal while waiting for papers.
As ye hurt no one, do as ye may.........
Remember "What you don't know won't hurt you!"
If it is somone you have hired, all you need is a social security number. If this number is reported to you as wrong, you have to let them go. If they return with another ss# you can rehire them on the spot. It is not the employer's job to research the validity of a social security number.

You don't have to proove someone is illegal - they have to prove they belong here. However, it's something Immigration should do. Just report your suspicions and the rest is out of your hands. BUT, remember, karma . . .

You don't have to prove it, you simply have contact an ICE office and they will take it from there. Any information you have will help them determine if they want to proceed and if they feel there is suspicion, they will basically make the person prove their citizenship. You don't have to prove anything but any info you have helps them.
