Can anyone tell me what this word means?

Kimbridge, I did not make this up, I read it in a book a long time ago and always wondered what it meant. The book was fictional and the word was used in the context of a mild insult.

It looks like a Greek word to me although I never saw it written.Anyway gynaca means woman and situs is wheat. So it can be someone who is supported by a woman economically.
I conclude that since the word is similar to the word Ecositus(Οικοσιτος).Ecos is house and situs is wheat. and means that an animal is fed in the house and not being free in the fields
