Donald Rumsfeld can't even visit Germany because if he sets foot on their soil he will immedidately be arrested for his war crimes and especially his use of torture, and his gross breeches of the Geneva Conventions.

Now that he has resigned as U.S. Defense Secretary does that mean that he is immunded from prosecution for his war crimes?

Where'd you get that he can't visit Germany? Are you equating what the Nazis did during their "reign of terror" to how Rumsfeld handled the Iraqi war? How is that even remotely possible?

He committed no war crimes and did not violate the Geneva Conventions! The Conventions cover legitimate, uniformed armies, not terrorists!

So, resignation from a position does not make a person immune from war crimes prosecution, but since Rumsfeld committed no war crimes, there is no reason to discuss it.

Lets hope the coming years will not be a witch hunt. The rhetoric time is over lets pull together for the common cause. You need to consider the well being of the country and forget the junk about war crimes. Was it war crimes when terrorist mutilated our young people and beheaded civilians?? Stand up for the United States or move.

No more than Douglass MacArthur, neither of which committed any "war crimes."

And are you suggesting Germany wouldn't prosecute Osama Bin Laden, Moqtata al-Sadr or Hassan Nasrallah, but they'll punish Donald Rumsfeld? You'd BETTER be lying!

Your information is erroneous. Your spelling is atrocious. Mr. Rumsfeld has not committed any war crimes and has not violated the Geneva Convention.
