i have lost the disc to install my printer,i have contacted epson who told me to go to there site and download the link for installation, whiuch i have done but error keep coming up or file cannot be launched im desperate to use my printer can you lot help

you need to call epson again and explain the problem you are having. i personally would throw away the printer and get a lexmark that uses only one ink cartage it cost less for that printer than the ink cost for the epson

yes go to www.epson.com, look up for driver section, there they will ask for the printer model, you will be taken to another site where u can find all relative stuff to wonload, including drivers.... any question you can email me, pgarcia378@yahoo.com

if you are using xp then unplug printer wait 4 seconds and plug in, should find basic drivers itself.

do you have spyware?if so turn it off before trying to download.i have the same trouble.
