mike bell is starting but tatum will be active and will see several carries. I still see mike getting the majority of the carries as well as the goal line carries.

He is not starting and he is going to essentially be a backup until his toe gets better. His Turf Toe might not be healthy until the playoffs, it's hard to tell. Better to stash him on the bench and wait and see down the strech.
