We are going to be moving to Sacramento Ca in March..Ya!! And away from all this WA rain. When is a good time to start looking for rental homes,Jan,Feb?? Cause if they are up for rent to now then they want them rented now. What month would be the best? No snotty answers please...

I would say as soon as possible. Especially If you are very particular in what you want. Also, the earlier you start the more properties you can see and not be under time pressure.
