my mom says it's bad for you teeth. i guess it's a bad habit.does anyone else do it or is it just me?

yeah I always take it out of the cup and I love to crunch on it

I used too but that was because of my iron level and pregnancy. I've never heard of it being bad for ur teeth just some ice from certain places like restaurant carry bacteria because of the ice maker.

Yes! If you start out with crushed ice it's not too bad for your teeth, it's the cubes that are bad, big giant frozen chunks of sweet water in the summer. Sorry I got lost.

I've been doing it my whole life and it hasn't hurt my teeth. I suppose if you have bad teeth you shouldn't. My teeth have always been good.

Nope don't do it. It is horrible for your teeth & I hate to hear people crunching, kinda rude!

Don't!!!! You listen to your mum.The only time I have crunched ice was when I was pregnant,it was my craving.Look after your teeth.
