Why has my nose bled for the last three nights in a row, roughly about the same time in evening, 9 - 10pm, and its quite heavy. Seems like it is turning into a regular thing, does not bleed at all during the day, only in evening it starts.

Any ideas why, is this anything to be concerned about.

Maybe you are dehydrated, and cracks are forming in your nose, causing it to bleed. Humidifier?

I used to have problems with nose bleeds when I was younger. It sounds like the inside of your nose is pretty dyr. try getting some sort of saline spray and keep it moist during the day and night. spray it in your nose like 3-4 times a day or more if you feel you need it. they make special bottles of it for this sort of thing... just check out the local store.

If it continues for more than another day or two .. I would go to a doctor and check it out. There is no reason I can think of that your nose would suddenly bleed each night. Good Luck ! :)

it is probably from being in dry enviroment, try some saline nose spray to keep it miostened until it heals. The nasal passages are very vascular and bleed easily. Once bleeding occurs it can happen again and again until it heals.

It could be from the heat (if you put it on) That can dry out your nose and make it bleed. Your suppose to put a small container of water on the heater to reduce this from happening.
