Daddy longlegs are not spiders, and do not spin webs. They are called harvesters.

Of the three creatures called daddy longlegs, the spider daddy longlegs do actually make webs. The other two types does not. One is an insect and the other is an arachnid called the harvestman,but it is not a true spider.

This is a prime example of the problem with using common names but I believe the answer you are looking for is what the first person stated. Harvestmen (in the order Opiliones) are not spiders, they have only one apparent body section and have 8 long legs- hence the commonly used name of daddy longlegs. The answer of Pholcus is incorrect, the arthropod pictured here is definitely a spider species with two sections of the body, the cephalothorax and abdomen.
