I have some friends that are in polyamorous relationships where there is usually one primary relationship and a number of secondaries. Trying to chart them can be intriguing.

I know others that are traditionally married but are swingers. They don't necessarily see sex as a privilege only for the primary partner. They usually have a strong emotional tie to each other even while they are engaging in sex with others.

swingers are immoral f***ers....polygamy is a religion thing in some cultures, and used in the past when women needed men to care for them and stuff. back then, the women were of larger numbers, while the men used to go off for wars. so those widows are married off to men to ensure that they're taken care of and treated morally with respect (the maximum number of wives a man could have was 4). Ofcourse, these days polygamy is all bull cos women are alot more independant n some dont even need men in their lives. I'd whack the hell outta my man if he chose to marry another.

I know some swinging couples. Over the years their children have become aware of their life style and have suffered for it as evidenced by many emotional problems and poor choices in their lives.

I live in Denmark and the South American gay community is unsual. Gays can marry here, so, two meet over here, get married, then divorced. Then they invite a friend over, get married then divorced, more friends come over, more divorces etc so the community is growing!
