It goes Associates (2 yr. degree), Bachelor's (4 yr.), Master's (2 - 4yrs.), Ph.D. (2 - 4 yrs). You may be thinking of certificates. Depending on your field of study there are sometime certificates of advanced study. They are offered post baccalaureate and post masters.
