I have already replaced the spark plugs, wires, roter, and cap. This has been happening once in a while when I start the car then it goes away after the engine warms up. Recently it hasn't even gone away with the engine heated. I have 4 error codes :
1. cylinder 1 misfire
2. cylinder 2 misfire
3. multiple random misfire
4. P1399 vehicle specific

I haven't been able to find out what P1399 is. If anyone could give me any ideas with any of this it would be a great help. Thanks

It sounds like it could be a problem with your coil packs. Try using a Digital Multitester to test the coil packs. You will need to look in the service manual for the instructions and specs to troubleshoot this problem. If you don't have a multitester you can buy one cheap at an auto parts or tool store.

Wow you know how many time I have run into this? A LOT
it is the ignatior inside the dist. You have to replace the entire distribuator. the honda cicic sx-cs-and xs all do it
The ignator inside the dist is breaking down from wear and will keep doing this untill it will no longer fire.
Call the honda dealer and talk to the service department and tell them what it is doing.

have the compression checked on the cylinders. you could have a burnt valve or a blown head gasket.
