I'm pretty sure it's women, but I didn't know anything about different birth rates, I just thought it was because on average they live longer than men.
So in younger age groups it might be more equal, but when they get older there are a lot more women.
(No idea about the numbers, though - was that bit a serious question?)

I believe women. Logic states that since female babies are the stronger sex at birth (a lower mortality rate than boys) than odds are that there are more women on the Earth than men.

I've always heard that there are more females born than males, except during times of war, when there are more males born.
