what does it mean and does it mean your pregnant?

When people say spotting I think they mean they're having blood spots. It doesn't necessarily mean you're pregnant, I never experienced it while pregnant.

Spotting usually refers to your period. It means that your period isn't a constant "flow", but more of a little blood flow here and a few days later a little bit more. It's more on the irregular side if your spotting.
So if you are sexually active and it is not normal that you are spotting, you should definitely consult your doctor, it could mean that you are pregnant, but it could also mean that you are just having an irregular period.
Basically, it's different for everyone.

Spotting can be a sign you are pregnant but it can also mean you are super stressed go get a cheap test, a good night of rest, comfort food and a nice stress lowering activity

spotting is when your menstrual period is producing only a small amount of blood. it's not usually a sign that you are pregnant, and is normally the opposite. if it's happening in between periods, you need to let your doctor know, because it could be a problem (like an STD, fibroid, or hormonal disorder). It's normally a healthy part of your menstrual cycle though.

It means any breakthrough bleeding that occurs when you shouldn't be bleeding at all (like between periods) or during pregnancy. Although some spotting is normal when you are pregnant, you should always contact your doctor if spotting occurs at any time during your pregnancy.

If you are pregnant it means to get your butt to the doctor. It could be okay but that is definately something the doc needs to know. If you are not pregnant it means you are possibly getting ready to start you cycle.

no it means your about to start your period, but if you are pregnant and spotting you need to contact your doctor
