Marriage is a joint venture, you need to talk it over with your partner, sometimes, one person is ready to move on, before the other.
It's best to be in sync with each other. That way, you can prevent problems from occurring.
Communication is all.

If you are are financially stable you should be able to buy a house!
If you are financially able and ready to devote a lot of time...have a baby! You should try to wait at least 2 yrs of couple time before adding the kids!

Your relationship should be in a healthy state of mind. If you guys are having problems, misunderstandings etc then it is better to sort them out before making any big decision.
