The cop took all of House's stash of medications with him. Then he pulled copies of all the actual written scripts. He went to the doctor who is House's friend and asked if he had written the scripts, and he looked at them and said yes. Then he pulled out come copies of more presecription that were written out for the same meds, but the signature did not match the ones on the other scripts and asked him if he signed them too. He looked suprised but told the cop that yes, those were his signature too. The cop looked suprised that the doctor friend would lie for House, but he didn't accuse him of lying outright but did make it pretty plain that he knew he was.
Meanwhile, back at the hospital, they were dealing with the dilema of the obese man who was in a coma for two days. And they go through the normal attempts to figure out what is wrong with him. Even House wants to just let the guy leave when he demands to be released but the female resident fights against it. She slips the guy a mickey so that as he is leaving the hospital, he is dizzy and falls, unfortunately through a double pane plate glass window, taking her with him. So, in the hospital he stays.
Next they figure that since he is so into eating, (and House of course is making his snide comments regarding the mans weight) such as (He has places to go and people to eat), they decide that it may be a parasite he might have picked up on some exotic produce, since the guy loved cooking as much as eating. So, because the guy is so big they cannot do a lumbar puncture as it would be too dangerous, they decide to drill a hole in the guy's skull to take a biopsy. So, right in the middle of the procedure, the guy goes blind and freaks.
Well, they decide that one of their earlier hypothisis was the correct one and that they are going to test for diabetes, but the guy refuses to drink the glucose for the test. House, being who he is decides to be the jerk he is so great at being tried to force the fluid into the guy mouth. The man is quite strong considering he weighs seven hundered pounds and he is successful in stopping House, but while the guy is grabbing House's arm, House notices the guys fingers which are holding his arm very tightly and only then is it apparent the man has clubbing of his finger tips.
House has them check for cancer, and it is found that he has lung cancer that matasticized to his lymph nodes. There is no treatment or cure, and the blindness was caused by the cancer and not the test.
House does go talk to an attorney in the midst of all of this and it is going to cost thousands for the attorney to handle his case. And the cop is just mounting up the charges. He decided that the amount of meds House had far exceeds what he would need for his own care and that he must surely intend to distribute them.
He is starting to get a few glimmerings that this guy can easily make his life a living hell and it has him worried.
Hope that helped. I am sorry I am not good at recalling everyone's names.

Well here's a summary of the whole ep.
Que Sera Sera
By Sara M | Season 3 | Episode 6 | Aired on 2006.11.07
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A man weighing over six hundred pounds comes to PPTH in a coma. Fatty-hater Chase doesn't see the point in treating the guy, but Everybody-lover Cameron comes to his defense and insists on getting him an MRI even though he exceeds the weight limit. Fat Guy George emerges from his coma mid-MRI and promptly freaks out and destroys the place. At this point, Chase says they should just a wait-and-see approach with George because he wants all fat people to die, and House tells him to go ahead and do nothing. So, hilariously, Chase leaves and isn't seen again for the rest of the episode. George demands to leave PPTH, saying he's more afraid of hospital-related infections and injuries than he is of whatever put him in the coma. Cameron basically slips him a mickey (!) to keep him there, earning her a one-way trip through one of PPTH's many windows. Sadly, she lands on top of George and not vice-versa, which would have been so amazing. George goes blind and refuses to let them test him for any obesity-related conditions, insisting that his condition isn't related to the fact that he weighs six hundred pounds, and in the end, he's right: he actually has terminal lung cancer. You win, George. But really, who cares about the patient when we've got House's legal problems to deal with? After being arrested last week, his apartment is searched and a butt-load of pills is found. Also found are forged prescriptions from Wilson's pad, putting Wilson in the position of having to lie for House, which should get both of them in lots of trouble.
