You'll be great! You wouldn't have a solo if you didn't have some talent! Have fun!

Exercise your legs-- that's adrenaline, a fight-or-flight response. Exercising your legs will work off a lot of the adrenaline. Breathe deeply and try some meditation. Simple meditation: close your eyes, breathe deeply, slow your breath gradually. Also, continue practicing. All these will help... try doing five, ten, or twenty minutes of each activity for maximum results, depending on how much time you have left now.

ok, you need to sit down and take deep breaths, and just remember, if ya screw up nobody will know the difference, and before ya know it, it will be over and you will have done a great job! You could also drink some water.

Good luck!

experience is the only cure. It took a few gigs to get more relaxed. if you know your stuff, then you will be sweet. just imagine its band practice and let it all out.

All people get nervous.
Do
-practice
-play it in front of your family
-wear deodorent
and remember your band director chose you because he knows you can do it!
Good Luck!
