Buy a programme called Internet Cleanup or something similar.
Don't forget that if you have Norton Anti-Virus too then there is a lot of data on that about where you have been. Might need to delete the stats on that now and again.
Also do a search now and again using relevant search words!!
And don't do it again!!

Just remove them from the hsitory on internet explorer (or Netscape or whatever) and remove temporary internet files with the system tools in control pannel.
