I was unpacking some old stuff at my mom's house and opened a box full of them. I couldn't taste anything for three days.

Hahaha! I read your question to say "babies" not "barbies"! Woo! Time to go home....but to answer, I don't think when i DID have Barbies, I played with them for over two years....
