Go to all the temp agencies. Sign up at all of them. You will start working immediately. When one of them likes your work, they will offer you a full time job.

Go to your local mall/shopping center or if you are really desperate go to a fast food joint they always hire anyone even if you don't qualify for the job

16 you can work pretty much anywhere.. go to careerbuilder.com or monster.com and search for jobs in your area..
or you can go to some websites of local retail places and apply online.. a lot of restraunts/fast food places you have to apply in person..
