I'm an intern at this company and I am interested. I am pretty sure he is gay, but I don't know to go about the situation (company policy, sexual harassment...) Besides work, where else can you meet a nice guy to start a relationship with?

Bars are great places to meet people. If you are fond of drunks.
Local gay Community Center would be a better choice, they can also connect you to other groups in your area.
Almost anything you are into you can find other guys who do it too...camping, sports, bowling, eating out, art, cars....you name it we're doing it.

It all depends on what your looking for. Keep your work at work. If you start a relationship there and things get weird you'll be uncomfortable later whenever you see this person. you can meet guys just about anywhere. Go to the club, the mall, skating, the park, the bookstore hell anywhere. Im not saying you are going to meet somone right away but he is out there and when the time is right he will find you. Just be patient. I found mine...in a club.

I know there are several GL&T bars around here. You could also get invloved with somethat groups, there are alot of activies to get involved in. I dont know where you live but there must be a gay and lesbian center somewhere. get in touch with them. I am the adult child of a lesbian and always find ways to be "known" when I think I am in the company of "family". I grew up in "the community" or sometimes I will mention that I grew up in an "unconventional lifestyle" and go on to explain that my mother is gay. She played a big part in this area back in the old days. lol She helped found the local G&L center, helped start support groups for G&L ppl in this area, she helped co-ordinate alot of events in the 70-80's. She is still a political activist. Sometimes I just have to mention my mothers name and pple know I am family. See if there is a Unity church in your area, they are gay friendly, at least the one here is.

Bars and clubs... go to the gay district. ^-^ I wouldn't suggest Internet... face to face is much better. Then, you know what you're getting before you make a date.

anywhere but work is a good place to meet guys, but when it comes to work the old addage " don't s.h.i.t. where you eat " is applicable.
